About Us

We are a Dutch startup with an international & hybrid/remote team of circularity heroes, creating digital tools that help businesses across the globe move towards the circular economy. Our mission is to support businesses to measure, improve and report on their circular performance and deliver on their sustainability promises with data-driven analyses. We help them anchor circularity into their businesses and activate their supply chain to increase their positive impact on the planet!

Transparency

Transparency nurtures trust and clarity on how we work with each other and how we manage expectations. A transparent workflow allows for deeper understanding of each other’s roles and where we can offer support to achieve business and collective goals. Expect everybody in the team to share updates on their workflows and goals and to flag when help is needed or when a deadline won’t be met.

Empathy

Empathy is key to understand each other and to put ourselves in our customers and team mates’ shoes. Empathy means we listen to each other and to our customers’s needs and respond accordingly. It fosters collaboration and commitment within the team when we know we’ll be heard and supported. In our sector, empathy goes beyond the internal team work, it reaches out to how we can help drive change that will impact on the lives of many others.

As a team that is distributed across timezones and geographies, showing collaborative spirit is key. Collaboration nurtures transparency and understanding from team mates. Trust is the belief we have and nurture towards each other that makes us reliable and confident that we can work together. It allows to collaborate better and gives room for flexibility in our workflows. Trust allows us to always help each other, and nurtures ownership to deliver on our goals and support business needs. As we build trust, we can share good communication, flagging when something will not come out as expected such as deadline, for example.

We are an international team

Our team speaks many languages and thrive with transparency and collaboration. We offer remote positions to accommodate our team members and allow them room (no pun intended!) for flexibility and growth.
